What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

15.6 on waking was 9.9 before bed so had small piece of cake obviously took it too high just can't get it right get disheartened

5.2. Just waiting for results of latest test to confirm but am watching diet and testing. So far , so good

Yeah I felt ok thanks - I think it was a rogue reading from my meter as I'm usually in the 4's and 5's - I don't take ant meds and I had eaten toast before bed that night.

5.2 this morning was ok
 
6.6 best this week but it might be due to longer gap between last meal and am testing but still nice to see rather than 7's and 8's of late
