11.1 after the wedding! Dry white wine then water. But the sweet potato tart and the 3 mini puddings were maybe the killer.... oh and drinking some beer from a large shoe(cleaning new!) probably didn't help. Seems it's a tradition

Third day off my glyburide. My BG was 6.5mmol/L this a.m. but I had a small bowl a rice late yesterday evening. I fell off my regular exercise wagon two/three? weeks ago. Must get back on.

was at a funeral yesterday so NO exercise , ate 2015 calories of which 103 gr carbs and 60 grams of proteins

I was 6.2 which is ok for me. 2 hours later than usual and no metformin for over a week now. Yay!
