Sugar, in all it's iterations.
Mine was 6.4mmol/L this a.m. I was having too many hypos and thanks to the Hypo awareness questionaire/learning module here at Diabetes UK, and spread sheet they provide I started recording. I was getting an enormous amt of hypos, almost every day, mostly late in the evening. I showed my record keeping to my GP the other day and he took me right off my glyburide. Since, no more hypos and my BG is not high anymore, I even woke up with a 5.6mmol/L the other morning.
