6.5 for no particular reason. Only thing I can think of is the one square of 85% chocolate I had with dinner

Morning folks .. 5.3 at 04.15 .. bought an exercise bike yesterday to add to my armoury for beating off those pesky pounds now just got to figure out how to put the thing together

These days with things like that I just leave it in the corner till my grandson can't stand it any more and puts it together.
