6.3! Went out for meal last night and had a small roll and about 9 chips- didn't spike my blood sugars but maybe it's had a knock on effect. Down to around 5.4 2 hours after breakfast

Yaay! I remember when your fbg s were in the 20s ( before you had your type 1 diagnosis) you've come a long way - fantastic!
