    mine was 6.2 today and 6.5 yesterday. it's usualy between 7-8. The only thing I did differently the last two days was eat an orange after dinner

    well a bit higher 6.2 maybe due to forgetting metformin two days ago , maybe due to the heat... and after fitness even worse today , burned 2000 calories and voilá my blood glucose was 7.2 now when I came home hmmm not too happy with that

    4.1 first thing a bit of the shakes is had some lucozade tablets before setting off for work and to get above 5 before driving

    5.7 when re checked all ok

    How does that happen? Last night bed at 7.9 (giving me the fasting above) and night before 6.5 giving me a fasting of 10.1. :banghead:
