What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi . Some members check their blood sugar upon waking up whilst in bed, others when they get out of bed.
But, always check before eating and/or drinking anything for a fasting blood sugar.
 
6.4 - but after a celebratory party after winning a Best Film award which deserved at least two helpings of pork pie, some lemon drizzle cake and copious Prosecco. No wonder my diet has stalled I think a Fast may be in order

Thank You @debrasue - recently started a type of slimfast in order to loose 12 lb that is haunting me for the past 10 weeks.
 
7.7 for me but I have been awake every bit of the night, got some quiet laundry done whilst having copious cups of tea. I reckon it will be high for the next couple of days or until I'm sleeping better (or sleeping at all).
