Getting back to normal with a descent 5.8 this morning.

@Granny_grump_ Yes you're right shouldn't of panicked over one or two bad days. And neither should you.

4.8 at 9pm last night, 7.6 at 7.30 am,5.9 at midday
Taking metformin and following lo carb diet numbers have improved over the past month from between 10&17,and I lost nearly a stone in weight,should I be concerned that my sugars are still higher in the morning? I don't eat after 8.30 pm.

5.1 Woke up about half an hour ago to a disappointing 6.7 on my dexcom - calibrated and it was only 5.3! Not so pleased with the accuracy but at least my actual numbers were good

yesterday it was just above 4 and i had to get outta bed to eat/hypo, i know a lotta ppl are happy with those low scores but i think my body isn't used to them (yet?) or something..

..compared to what i read from other peeps i see i always been kinda high so i'm trying to go lower from now on

5.2 This morning. Attempted a 50g carb dinner - and a small lunch. Paid the price with long drag of 6.6mmol for four hours after the meal... So improved but a long way to go....
