16/8/17 and a bright start
pity my BG up from last night, 6.45am it was 7.5
Liver dump maybe? is that the same as Dawn Phenomenon?

6.2 @ 7.30am, 4.8 before lunch, 5.0 before evening meal, low of 2.8 before bed.
