My little Bro and his family are camping near us and my BG levels have been out of control!!
BG this lovely Bank Hol Monday at 5am 7.6 (surprisingly!)
Will be trying to control my diet by taking packed picnic meals with me today!

Hello everyone hope you are doing fine.

Today my number was High 6.4 at 11:00 I slept 12 hours and the last two days have been celebrating daughters birthday ; so binging in homemade icecream and and cakes has brought my number up I expected that anyway back on my lower carb horse now again
