Hi Liam BG this morning was 5.8
It was 10.5 after our evening meal last night
But only 5.7 before I ate the meal.
Cannot quite work out what's going on but I have been trying different foods so it probably is just that. K

It must be frightening to have hypos, but it's nice to see your ok today. Good luck K
