What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

You are very lucky, a mindful scenario, perfect for DB maintenance.
You are right in a way I am fortunate to live in a country whose weather allows me to do this but my life is not one big holiday believe me. Work pressures can be as demanding here as anywhere else.

I find though that the more in contact I become with what is around me, appreciate the beauty that is around for those that open there eyes to it, the easier I find it to deal with diabetes.

I also use to to motivate myself. Going for a long walk is much easier if I distract myself by looking, appreciating and importantly for me photographing my surroundings.

I think this approach would hold true whatever country I was in. I don't think the UK, where I lived for about a decade a decade by the way, is short of beauty spots or interesting sights.
