Morning all. 6.4. Problems with grandson (croup) so didnt eat till after midnight. But it was all I had all day and just a cheese omelette. This dawn thingy is pants.

Perhaps you're not eating enough to satisfy your liver that you're not in immediate danger of starvation, thus prompting it to dump glucose into your bloodstream to help you cope.
