Hi Karen your doing fine with your BG aren't you good on you! Had a better sleep woken around 6 am about 4/5?hours went back to bed up choking on this cough around 9.45 fed dogs let them out no made myself a coffee. Just chilling now for a while.K
 
Hi Bubbsie you don't half put some hours in take care, I know what you mean about snow and dogs mine are 9and 10 years old but it's Has if the floor might give way when they see snow one tender step then another its funny watching them,it's so cold on there soft paws. Enjoy rest of your day!K

It certainly isnt cumbs you have done brilliantly i seem to be having a few blips myself lately but im gonna take a leaf out of your book and have what i want when i want (in moderation i might add
