5.1 this morning

And a first in 4 months in morning that is below 8
Wonder how did that as last night before bed was 18.8- so took 4units
Should be at 6.6 or there abouts
But 4.8!!!!!

hi all, there was me thinking yeah at mine this am it was 9.4 that's the lowest it's been for a couple of wks now, when mine has been like some of yours 5-7 I get told that's to low?? very confused.

NICE guidelines show between 4 and 7 to be good levels before meals.

Well that's a lot lower than you have been,maybe the thought of putting in your vegetable beds!

Normal bs's are between 4.4 and 6.8 at any time .

Well that's a lot lower than you have been,maybe the thought of putting in your vegetable beds!

or the fact i eat once yesterday and loaded up on units to bring me down lol
and the veg to course lol

Morning mine was 6.8 this morning, had drank water before tested, still not used to doing so, not sure if that affects the readings but still have the awful thirst so every night waking up for quite a few bathroom trips and drinks of water still.
