What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hello mates,
At a couple of the other forums I've frequented there was a thread like this one where we all sorta checked in each day, with our first cup of coffee or tea, and reported our fasting or waking blood glucose level and some short comment about whether we're ok with it or if not - why not?...

It worked well as a sort of 'first thread to check' each morning and post to.

I'll start.

This morning was a 5.6mmol for me. That's about normal for me

7.6 for me, normally varies between 6 and 8
 
Not sure when the readings indicate type 2 I thought that 5 or below was normal. Only had readings lower that five on two or three occasions.
 
Morning All = 15/2/16.

7.3 at 8.45am:(
(Must have been the Crunchie Bar I ate last night!!)
 
5.8 on waking, had a hypo (1st in a month) last night and overcompensated for it :-(
 
5.3 this morning , didn't do any exercise yesterday as a trip to the dentist took away all my motivation :-(
 
Good morning all BG reading 5.9 last night 2hrs after dinner.
BG reading this morning at 7am 5.1.
Going to see doctor this morning for a monthly review see what he has to say.:happy::happy:
