What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I don't think you guys know how lucky you are to be waking with it under 7.0. I've never had that in 18 months since diagnosis.

Hi :), Some of us do have high numbers on a morning I can assure you.
But, once you get control you will see your numbers come down.

Wow - well done John. Without what looks like a bit of DP, though, you might be getting pretty low... But I know you've got lots of experience and know what you are doing. Hugs x
