BG 6.0 today
After eating lunch out with my sister yesterday, and following evening meal of smoked salmon and Advocado with salad.
My last BG reading before bed was 5.7
I do ok without the carbs it works for me! K

Just had 6 months review reading 38 mmol. Diagnosed 12 months ago at 48; then 1st 6 months 39. No medication but 4 stone weight loss which I believe is the main reason for the low readings.
