7.0 after awful nights sleep, had a fan to try and keep a flow of air but although not exceptionally noisy it was enough to keep me waking up every time I finally dropped off and light at 0400 which didn't help. Thinking of moving into the fridge tonight and keeping door shut.

libre 5.2 this morning fingerprick 5.6 busy day yesterday lots of walking about and a nice wee swim in the morning. need to work out what to do with swimming to make sure dont go too low. bg drops crazy fast

8.4 this morning at 5am. hopefully on the downward trend. didn't sleep very well, too hot even with the fan on. but I think that was how it was for everyone. Gonna be a hot one again today, keep hydrated everyone.

Thinking of moving into the fridge tonight and keeping door shut.

I did stand in front of the open fridge door last night for at least a minute after I'd got out the things I needed! It's a bit cooler here at the moment as it's hazy but if the clouds disappear I expect it'll get oppressively hot again.

No reading yet, too tired to stay out of bed long enough to do the callisthenics needed to extract blood. I tried testing in an armchair yesterday but it's just not upright enough for me to get enough blood out.

Very puzzling reading today - 6.9

I think it's genuine as I had a 6.4 and 6.8 yesterday evening.

Why today? Why is the drop so sudden? Thursday and Friday were busy and stressful so if anything I'd have expected a rise.

Got up early at 0430 to turn down the fan and tested as awake 5.4 Later on getting up as usual around 0700 testing 6.5
Have to take the higher reading as that is normal rise and shine time but just goes to demonstrate daily trend whether Dawn Phenomenom or just my liver shovelling out the sugar.
