What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning all :)

4.8 this morning (01/06/15)

That's a little high for me at the moment but obviously I'm not in the least bit concerned :)
 
4.7 this morning. Funny thing to observe was that I had no time to eat just when standing up, so I also delayed insulin till time of breakfast. But then 1 hour later when getting ready for breakfast, my bg had raised to 7.2. (despite no food of any kind). Just shows that its important to measure fasting bg, straight when waking up and ideally still while laying in bed. So before stressing the body by running around.

Hello tubzi, would you like to give us a breakdown of your meals for a week , and we'll have a look for you ,your current weight and bmi etc would be good too,and your current meds.
