What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Think it was more of an exercise thing...went for a long walk the night before which usually raises my sugar and then drops them suddenly :banghead:...wasn't expecting this much of a drop though.

It worked well as a sort of 'first thread to check' each morning and post to.

This morning was a 5.6mmol for me. That's about normal for me

Hi Grant at 08.32 this morning my bg level was 8.9, but two hours later had gone up to 11.8. This seems to be happening a lot for me and being newly diagnosed this year its all new to me. Any advice gratefully received.
