8.0 this morning, because I forgot to take my Insulin with dinner last night and had 3 1/2 Insulin correction:arghh:so annoyed with my self, but will try to get it down further before lunchtime,:)

5.3 mmol/l I'm happy with that, but trying to get down to 5.0, have completely changed my diet and lifestyle a couple of weeks ago I was averaging 7.4 as my fasting BG !!!

15.1 :dead:,yesterday my BB test was 15.4 -don't know why - I took 2units Then it lowered to 12 Then 15.1 in the morning
I didn't eat-drink or anything I just slept :(
And don't be. sad like that its 5.9 not "15.1"@Jo123

11.3 :( day 6 of low car diet. Energy levels low and a bit fed up! FBS was lower on day 3 - single figures for the first time in years. Is this normal to go up and down until it stabilizes?

bad manners, cottage cheese lol
5.4 today. Slept in had a late night and along with it a big sandwich so was expecting to be sky high!
