Whatever happened to wrist bands and key rings etc?

It will not let me order those pieces of goodness, as it keeps telling me I must complete the registration process. Which is completed fully.
I get the offer of the free meter several times a month (seems like), same solution as the bands and keyrings.
Must be because I live in Australia.
