Thank you. Lidl's kitchen promotion coincided with our old kettle's filter breaking so hubby couldn't resist. Teenage daughter loves it, so much more likely to make me tea as she can watch the light show

I'm working on it. Hubby says he needs to descale it first, we're in a very hard water area!
