treat any sores you may get?
I get boils/sores in awkward places and find it hard to treat them and then go away.
They can last for anything up to a month and hubby seems to think they are caused by hair follicles.
At present I wash them with salt water and then apply a hard based cream used for babies bums/sunburn/ cuts etc. If they are really bad I cover them with a dressing, and then repeat the following morning
I dont really want to go see the GP because of where these sores occur (bit embarrasing getting your kit off)
I'm a type 2 diabetic so understand I have to look after these things.
any advice please?
(I'm now going to go and hide in the corner after to admitting to such a thing)
