This is actually an educational comment because when our carbs exceed our tolerance it is like a match starting a fire and our BS flares up super high.

I weighed my freshly slicd bread at lunchtime, worked out the carb content, dosed appropriately 15 mins before eating.

2 hours later 11.9 - ***!:wideyed::facepalm::mad:
