We are having a bit of a heatwave during the day at the moment here in Spain but it's really cold during the night .

No heat wave here, 15 degrees cent in Tiberias area and perfectly blue skies.

But the forecast is warmer today up to 8c so hopefully it will thaw.

Not really, 8 deg of c is pretty cold for us, but then in the summer 40 -45 degrees is pretty hot,even up to 47 but rarely. It snows rarely. ie this is outside Tiberias and into the Jordan valley area where I live.

Bet no-one can beat this .... scorching out west where we went to pick up a sofa today. Thankfully it was at least 13 degrees cooler where we're staying this week but still way too hot for me :-( Praying for a southerly change. Happy New Year!

Been drizzly on & off today, but lit a fire as son & girlfriend came over for NY lunch, so as soon as dishwasher finished I,m going finish clearing up and then finish off the last couple of glasses of red. Don't know what tomorrow is like as I've not caught the weather forecast today
