I imagine milk is to be avoided, as are fruits, fats don't sound like a good idea, nor meat ....... leaves us with Grannie's steamed fish or poached eggs. Help!

C catherinecherub Guest Mar 1, 2016 #5 Keep hydrated @ExD as the sickness and diarrhoea will deplete your fluids. Keep any eye on your blood sugars and if they go high then call G.P. I find that flat coke helps and there are guidelines to follow which include taking your medication, if you are on any.
