I'd love to know the answer too as I've got the same question.Re LCHF diet :-
Really concerned I'm not getting enough (any ?) fibre.
Where are the main sources of fibre that you can eat every day and wont send your blood sugar through the roof ?
I take powdered inulin every day it dissolves in liquid and is tasteless so add it to my morning cup of coffee every day it seems to work. My Current inulin powder is 100% chicory root although have had artichoke root before carbs per serving are 0.4 On current chicory powder. I tend to dissolve the 5g serving in cold water and when it’s clear add to my morning beverage keeps me regular and seem to remember dr Moseley saying it’s good for gut health and sleeping.
Hi when you start just take half the recommended dose for a few days and build up. Many varieties have a standard dosing scoop which makes life easier! I did this and don’t have any issues it just keeps me regular!Shelley, I'm very interested in this as by chance I've just ordered some quality Inulin.
I'm not 100% sure what it is but I've heard several specialists speak highly of it. I saw a programme a while back with Dr Moseley talking about it and another with Angela Ripon of all people.
How much do you take and does it cause any issues ??
Ps I do sleep well but don’t know if it’s the inulin or the mindfulness I do!Shelley, I'm very interested in this as by chance I've just ordered some quality Inulin.

I was concerned about this as well as I found there was too few vegetables allowed (other than leafy greens). I can easily eat 4 cups of broccoli at one sitting with my supper. I found that if I have a salad for lunch and regular veggies with supper, there's no issue with getting enough fibre. I don't limit the veggies and make sure I drink plenty of water.Re LCHF diet :-

I cant eat nuts or seeds. I have some wholemeal bread or potato in my diet to counteract constipation, as well as lots of vegetables and salad. I have other digestive health issues, not just type 2 diabetes, and i tailor my food to take into account my overall health needs.
