Where to keep insulin when not using a bag

Hi everyone i'm new to this forum and was just wondering where people keeps their insulin and glucose tablets if going for a long run or somewhere where you don't really want to be taking a bag like a festival?

To be honest if I go out anywhere for the day I take my insulin pen in y coat pocket my blood sugar meter is my phone so that’s always with me glucose tabs or gels ( which I have started using )fit in my pocket/ jacket plus always got supplies in my car

Welcome to the forum.

I use a bum bag or a running belt off Amazon which keeps gear neatly tucked away and out of sight, they're not expensive either but at least it's all together in one place so unable to lose it easily.
