Nikkig said:Many people on the forum cannot tolerate bread at all as they find it spikes. I can have a small slice of Burgen Soya and Linseed under my scrambled eggs, they also now do a loaf which also contains Chai seeds which are also meant to be good in helping Diabetics. The best thing to do is to try and test. Best of luck!!!

100g bread flour wholemeal is best.
100g Wheat Gluten (from "Breadbin")
100g Soy flour (Holland and Barrat)
Flax seed and sunflower seed.
2 tsp of dried yeast
1 tsp of sugar.
A squirt of lemon juice, about a dessert spoonful.
A glug of oil.
Mix it and make it like any other bread, a loaf should give 15 slices, if not it hasn't risen enough!
All my own work!

EDIT It makes wonderful toast!
