No nor me 2 docs said I haven't got it and one diabetic nurse said I have got it. They can't even agree on it lol so I'll just plod on till someting happens I guess

Never had a single symptom until put on medication.
GP tested and tested and tested until they got a "positive" result after I had chest infection problems.
Not at all convinced that this explosion of type 2 is that and not some as yet unidentified virus or something.
Was taken off the medication for better part of a year because of complications with the chest problems - ALL symptoms disappeared.
Stuck back on last month and its dry mouths; terrible stomach upsets; mood swings; catching every cold going. I have no faith what so ever in the medical profession; bunch of leech wranglers
Well you could both plod on as you are, or you could be a bit pro-active and get yourselves meters to test your own blood glucose levels then you would be in control of your own situations rather than leaving it in the hands of the medical profession who aren't always that quick to notice when things are going wrong. That way you would know whether you are diabetic or not regardless of what any HCP tells you.
