Quinoa has more carbs per 100g than I would be comfortable with -16.4g I try to limit anything to 5g per 100g or under with the exception of Oppo ice cream which is just under 8g.
I'm surprised with that amount of carbs that it didn't spike.. was the meat fatty hence delaying the spike. And I would say that the amount of carbs is exactly what is the problem for most members here following a Low Carb diet whether wishing to loose weight or not.The amount isn't the problem for most members. The spike or lack of it is the worrying aspect. Not everybody is wanting to lose weight.
