"Why breakfast" is written on a local wall and it always makes me smile - not one of my favorite meals either.
My usual breakfast is too carb based I think: cereal and toast or an egg (organic) on toast. I can never think of any other good alternatives that are fast, simple and relatively healthy.
I recently bought a new cereal "lizis granola" which says it is 5.5. GL I have yet to eat it and test my blood later but on first try I like it. For chocolate lovers I think there is low GL cocoa version too.
Does anyone have any interesting breakfast ideas
