Most days I have a Bran scone or Muesli with Greek yoghurt - but today Stornoway black pudding with mashed banana and Parmesan cheese.
http://www.dietdoctor.com/diabetesI have battling a bit with sugar level. I have had 2 Oatibix for breakfast and can feel my sugar level has risen. I have a sandwich for lunch and banana and sugar level is around 11 in the afternoon. Don't know what to do.
I am totally with Totto here. Cereals (all types), bread (like for sandwiches) and bananas will make my bg skyrocket!
I'm currently cycling through these as recurring favourites:
Bulletproof coffee
Green smoothies
Bacon and egg
Cream cheese on Livlife bread
And (new obsession) sausages with onion baagis.
Of them all, the first three are by far the best for my BG!
