Yesterday I had my breakfast of veg and after a few hours I was throwing up etc , from 11am until 8pm. I know why (Well I don't but it's a recurring problem I've had for a few years and don't want to have tests so I get on with the pain.)
Any way, I couldn't keep any food or drink down so tested last night and my sugars were around 7 ( I've been having better control lately ) .
Woke up this morning dying for a drink and tested to find out it had shot up to 9.4 ! I've been for a walk and back the 7s but if I haven't eaten or drunk and just been violently ill why would they go up so much ?

Illness can put the levels up itself along with stress, not enough sleep and so on basically anything can affect them to be honest x

As mentioned illness can upset blood sugars but as you said you had not drunk anything then you could be dehydrated ? Have you tried dioralyte or something similar ?

Dioralyte is great for rehydration when you've been ill! It just tastes a bit manky :p like salty blackcurrant

I get the feeling of not wanting to go for tests - often it's easier to just live with something than to get it sorted out. With this though, I'd get it checked out because it seems to be affecting your diabetes, which in turn can lead to other complications. Especially since it's a recurring problem it could be something serious. With diabetics they say that any kind of abnormal pain/discomfort needs to be checked.

I was trying to drink water but I couldn't keep anything down . Basically it's really gross but this mysterious problem starts with 'sulfur burps' intense, crippling pain in centre of gut above belly button. Doctors tested for h.pylori a while back but unless I have the camera down the throat or along those lines they won't know , so I'll suffer until I can pluck up the courage.

You really need to accept the need for camera.

Its not that bad.

Sulphur burps and vomiting is telling you something is wrong.

If you are eating tomatos n onions by eliminating these, totally ie no pizza with tomato base or bolgnese sauce etc.. then you may well find the sulphur burps will disappear.

The symptoms you are talking about are signs of things needing to be investigated. Please, please gather the strength and reasoning to get this sorted. It will get worse if you don't.
Thats not a 'may' get worse, I'm sorry that although I'm not a medic I have myself experienced years of problems with stomach and colon. I am saying "it will get worse" and you could be getting help now with better living. Before long your mouth and teeth will start to suffer... and teeth and mouth troubles from vomit and sulphur burps is not good.

Stomach and colon emptying can seriously affect blood levels. It can be hell for insulin dependent diabetics to manage.

Please, please go hunting hard for that courage and dont put it off any longer.
