I haven't weighed myself for a week but I am sure my weight is not going down, in fact my stomach looks bigger than it did last week and I just feel urgh
I have cut out bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. today I have had
breakfast: 30 g porridge made with water with cream
mid morning: bluberries and greek yoghurt/piece of brie
lunch: brie, 6 baby plum tomaroes, 2 slices of ham
tea: pork cooked in stock with sprouts (this was a low carb recipe)
where am I going wrong?
