Why is the time wrong?

Don't understand this.
The first time I wrote above post the time was an hour infront, then in went an hour behind so I edited it. Now the time is an hour infront again??
Is anyone else seeing it changing?

In N. America the Daylight Savings ended 2am on Sunday 6th November (clocks went back an hour) ... perhaps that is affecting servers or software on computers and smart phones elsewhere?
