great for you to be by the coast. A bracing walk in sea breeze always perks me up.I'm challenging myself Pipp ? It has helped me to get fitter and keep the weight off for the past 2 years.
Today I walked miles along the ayrshire coastline from Ayr. Cold and it rained at the end of the walk but good to get out .View attachment 17392View attachment 17393
Thanks, @DeejayR . Just the end of a cold, so not wanting to get a soaking.Poor Pipp. Hibernate till you feel better.
My daily exercise has changed slightly with less painting & decorating and more carrying boxes of books etc (luckily not upstairs). Shopping is kept to a minimum and cooking is as basic as poss.
I can't keep up with toddlers @mo53, so well done you.Hello
Yesterday long walk round Whitby but at toddlers speed.
Today 50 minutes swimming.
@Pipp sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon.
Dismayed that the activity tracker doesn't log steps taken when holding onto a shopping trolley.
Yup, water exercise does not hurt like walking does.@Pipp . You've done well to do so much walking. The water is great though.
Yes you are right. I keep thinking I should try to do more walking but I do prefer to be in the water.
