I'm moving in a few months and there's a little garden spot at the front. The only thing I can't figure out is how to prevent or stop humans stealing any of what's planted.I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but could you grow some greens somewhere? If you can tolerate them. Growing some cut and come again lettuce, rocket or similar. Would give you access to some vegetables for very little. You only need a container, soil and a packet of seeds. They could be grown on a windowsill. There are other things too like spring onions that keep going if you just chop the green parts off.
In terms of eating every 48 hours, it seems such a small amount to consume. You'd have to try and increase the calories somehow I think personally.
Windowsill garden, I did that when I was in a flat years ago. I had tomatoes and all sorts growing in pots. Lettuce is easy to grow and a sunny windowsill is a bonus.I'm moving in a few months and there's a little garden spot at the front. Frozen berries are a lot cheaper…If I were to eat healthy foods every second day and not eat on the other day?
Would it be healthier than not so good food every day?
But still eat at 5 since I would still have the health issues.
I say every second day because I wouldn't have enough funds to buy for every day if I actually bought better foods.
By this I mean some real vegetables and raspberries. Protein still presents a challenge but anyway.
Is this idea better?
Some frozen berries have added sugar. Be warned.Frozen berries are a lot cheaper…
Do be careful fasting, you need to monitor your glucose levels, I fasted overnight and didn't eat until 5pm, my readings were 3.5 so hypoglycemic levels. My family suggested maybe eating every other day might allow me to go off the insulin.
So not only would I eat better being able to buy better food every second day but maybe I'd be able to go off insulin.
I'm still considering this avenue.
The thing that's held me back so far is the horrendous hunger.
I feel like such a pig being so hungry all the time when I do not eat too much. It's not like I'm a pig or anything.
Can you not buy very cheap cuts of meat and veg ( frozen or otherwise ) and make big pots of stew this can be filling nourishing low carb and last for days .If I were to eat healthy foods every second day and not eat on the other day?

@mojo37 The OP has said in previous posts that they have no teeth, sore gums and has either very little freezer space or hasn't got a freezer (I can't quite remember which). They are also many foods they cannot eat.Can you not buy very cheap cuts of meat and veg ( frozen or otherwise ) and make big pots of stew this can be filling nourishing low carb and last for days .
