Hi can any of you tell me the carbs in a small white wrap (tortilla) really fancy one filled with tuna salad.

If you know which brand it is, then google will tell you where to find the manufacturer's website, which will show all the nutritional information.

If you don't know the brand, just go to somewhere like Tesco's website, type in 'wrap', pick something that looks similar, and have a look at the nutritional information there.

You can do this with any food.
I always check out new foods this way, saves on the number of high blood glucose 'accidents' ! ;)

I find wraps to be tolerated ok. But each person is different so check before and after 2 hours. At least then you will know.

They vary an awful lot with brand and with individual reaction I can eat wraps and flat breads in small ammounts, I am very fond of Italian filled wraps " Piadia" but a fill size one is too much but the smaller version a "Piadina" with olive oil salad and ommlete or ham, is OK.
Much the same goes for Potato Scones --- a single fan with bacon & eggs is OK for me.

Yes, yes, yes, to this recipe! There's a thread in the food and nutrition forum (I think that was the one) started by SamJB and a few of us had a go and made some tweaks. I've just made a batch as tortillas for dinner tonight - I swapped 0.5 tablespoon of coconut flour with 0.5 tablespoon of ground almonds, swapped one egg for one teaspoon of milled chia seeds, added a good dollop of ground cumin and chilli flakes. The ground almonds give them a bit more body and don't fall apart in your hands when you eat them. They are totally lush! Enjoy!

Full credit to SamJB, as I bookmarked the site, and then couldn't find the original thread.
