X-PERT Structured Education in Solihull

If you have a Solihull GP the Community Diabetes Service is running the 6 week X-PERT structured education program. It is run in two locations; Central Solihull and Marston Green and there are daytime and evening courses through the year. You can be referred by your G.P or self refer to the department.

Looks like there are no other forum members in Solihull.

There aren't any others around Hounslow - despite me advertising the forum at support group meetings.

The next X-PERT course is at Grove Road Clinic, Central Solihull on 28th February 2012 for 6 weeks starting at 1.30pm.
