That was an interesting article- thanks!You're probably better off eating more fat going by this study - maybe this explains the LCHF adage that you need to eat fat to burn fat? Also seems to help with fixing fatty liver.

Even though my blood sugars are now at non diabetic levels now, I am only considering reducing it, I won’t stop taking it altogether.
