Hi to all,

I have finaĺly lost some weight I've lost 2lb 8oz by eating healhily and having my insulin diabetes med s and low carbon
I just don' be ive it just shows hard work finally pays off in the end.

Also swapped bread for broghies they are only 20 cal can have them with anything.
