Absolutely outstanding results. Well done you. As for statins, I personally stopped after 17 years, wish I'd stopped earlier. The most interesting thing for me is that my total cholesterol is lower now than it has ever been . . . . . . thanks to low carb among other things.

How about saying nothing except "would you prescribe them for yourself, a family member or loved one", see if your GP is like the 60% of doctors who replied "no" in a BMJ straw poll of 500 GPs. My GP said she could think of one, she was grinning at the time so I'm guessing she has a relative that she doesn't like so much.
