I am used to having low fat, low sugar yogerts , obviously not suitable any more as I am pre diabetec......What would be a nice plain yogert to add to a few blueberries? I hate Greek yogert..
The Greek yogerts that I have tried have tasted more like cheese. Also very sour. So I guess I am looking for something just mild and creamy. I do go to Lidl for my protein rolls so I will try that one. Thank you.....
I've tried Aldis Greek natural yogurt full fat this morning and it is lovely. Though after reading one of the posts above by a member saying that she goes through one each week, I'm thinking eeeek.....I've used nearly half a pot this morning and I would probably eat this every day until I found an alternative cereal type breakfast.
Should I only have a small amount then?
