I'm a type 2 and have often read it's ok to eat yogurt mainly greek but am having a real battle with my weight as I have to take cortisone every day (5 mg) for a different problem. I need calcium and have a really healthy diet but having to avoid as much salt as possible does make it difficult. I love yogurt for breakfast but now read stop if weight a problem. Also article mentions no cream. I guess I need to look at soya but am not too keen on the taste. I live in France so do not have th variety of foods you seem to be able to get in the uk. What do others have for a healthy breakfast? I need some suggestions!!!
