There are bathroom scales in our holiday cottage.
Leaving aside the issue of why any holiday let landlord would be so satanically sadistic as to offer their tenants the chance to measure their holiday weight gain ...
The scales are posh glass, steel and batteries. So probably accurate.
I have lost 13lbs in the 200 days when I was last weighed at the endo clinic.
Works out at something like 1/3 lb per week loss.
Which is stunning.
And I wouldn't want it faster cos I want my skin to NOT sag and hang in folds, like it did 10 years ago when I lost too much, too fast, and it took years to shrink to fit again.
This is awesome.
I'm eating so much fab food.
I'm never stressed, shaking, pale, guilty, hungry, cold, miserable, hypo or hyper.
I'm chugging double cream in scrambled eggs, coffee and on berries.
I'm eating Brie and pork scratchings as packed lunch.
I'm over 2,000 cals every day (I checked on myfitnesspal for about 3 weeks)
I'm sometimes up to 3,000 cals
Today has been
Scram egg (with cream) sausages
Coffee with cream
Prawn and walnut salad with mayo
Homemade low carb scone, strawberry jam and clotted cream
Chicken breast with garlic herb crust, Mediterranean veg with cheese and one biscuit, to follow.
And I'm losing weight.
