No they don't Mike, I'm not aware (unless type1) that anyone with Diabetes, can consume the amount of carbs you do, and have your figures.

I'm thinking maybe the thread has run its natural course, there have been some interesting discussions here though lol
After having to edit several posts and delete others that included some personal comments towards a poster, I am closing this thread. There is nothing to be gained from the way it has progressed.
