everything good for me! getting better though x
What's your resolution this year? Just wondered... mine is to eat fewer carbs! lol x

My goals for 2013:

*To try at least 2 new meats (this year I tried venison, moose and reindeer)
*To come off of Glimepiride and Victoza (find out if I can by January 4th)
*To start a family (particularly excited about this one!)

To come off Lisinopril and Simvastatin. To keep my HBA1C in the 6s and aim for 5% club, to do the London to Brighton bike ride, to keep fit and well throughout the year!

I would like to get off my blood pressure tablets and think I am heading there with a low reading yesterday of 100/65 so have to keep and eye on that. Initial BP was 190/110 so my 15kg weightloss in the last three months has been a big part of this I think :D I so want 2013 to be a year of big achievements in the fitness arena currently I am water walking for up to 2hrs at a time and loving it but need to up the anti and get myself into the gym.

I want to manage my money better, cut my alcohol consumption (those two are mutually inclusive!) and lose 2 more stone.

First aim is to detox - I've been eating carbs again and I feel awful :( Back on the straight and narrow for me :D

Viv 8)

To control my BG without freaking out on insulin.
To reduce my weight to the extent that I no longer have a BMI of >30. :P
To live life to the full. Every day a new adventure. :D

I want to lose 4 stone, get my morning levels back down to being in the 5's not upper 6's as they are at mo. My immediate short term goal is to be some where between a size 12- 10 by april.

My resolutions for this year are:

lose weight and get fitter (already joined the gym)
Control my bg better (not easy when you veer more to the carb side than anything else)
Do More of anything and everything
try to get off some of my medication (I take 23 tablets and pills, 3 inhalers and 2 injections daily ) must feel better if reduced surely.
